Acquisition & Planning
The initial approval provided for ground floor retail and approximately 54 apartments.
Planning changes encouraging transport oriented development allowed increased density resulting in a residential tower of 20 storeys with 100 apartments and commercial tower of 8 storeys with ground floor shops.
A final redesign resulted in two residential towers of 243 apartments with ground floor retail.
Sale
The project was sold to Walker Corporation in 2012 as a DA-Approved site.
