Styx Mill Estate, Christchurch (NZ)

In August 2005, the now completed Styx Mill Estate was acquired as a partly completed development.

The Country Club building, most roads and some homes were completed.

H Investments (NZ) Limited constructed and sold many homes, sold the remaining sections of land and built the cafe.

In addition, it constructed the villas and surrounding road and has maintained ownership of many properties.

The Country Club required much attention and time to ensure the successful completion of the development.
