H Investments (NZ) Limited purchased the partly completed Styx Mill Estate residential development in North West Christchurch in 2005 and completed it in 2009.

The new Silverstream Estates™ residential and retail development in Kaiapoi has commenced and the residential development Gateway Estates in Darfield is in the final stage of the planning approval process.

A majority shareholding is held in a large residential and retail project in Milton, Brisbane.

Completed developments by other family owned group companies include the ownership, management and redevelopment of the Sydney shopping centres, Northbridge Plaza, Neeta City and the development of a freestanding Woolworth’s Supermarket in Scone.
